Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Team Coach to lead our intern development team. As the Team Coach, you will play a key role in ensuring the team works efficiently and stays aligned with project goals. You will manage tasks, facilitate communication, and help create an environment where all team members can excel.
Responsibilities:
Assign and manage tasks across the development team.
Facilitate daily stand-up meetings and other team meetings to ensure effective collaboration.
Monitor project progress and track key milestones.
Foster communication between NodeJS and JS/UI developers to ensure seamless integration.
Provide feedback and guidance to team members to help them grow and develop their skills.
Report on development status and coordinate with management on project needs.
